Played around with the free AI image creator on DA and out of about 100 attempts, these five were the only ones that came out without glaring defects. And to be honest, creating these gave me no satisfaction at all. Kinda like watching someone else having sex. Go with AI if you wish, but it's not for me.

A spinoff to The Miniature Wife was made, titled The Miniature Mistress. Sydney Sweeney agreed to be the shrunken star of the movie, however, unbeknownst to the world, instead of using green screens, the actress was actually shrunken using a secret new technology.

Here the actress is relaxing between shoots, horsing around with her costar, in a little room created for her.

With all due respect, I think you're being a little harsh about AI in general. Simplified free online AI generation tools are extremely limited compared to their local generation or professional payware counterparts, which in many cases are as sophisticated as Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw, etc. Having tried out a free online AI image generator for a day and saying its like watching other people have sex is like test driving a subcompact car around the block and saying you can't understand people who love to drive high performance Porsches and Ferrari's.

AI is a tool just like these other software products and how you use them is dependant on how experienced and skilled you are, as well as how creative. Its not just about prompting and generating a ton of slop. AI tools like Stable Diffusion have almost the same functions as Photoshop or Coreldraw in that you can generate any image you can imagine, then take that image or set of images and cut, paste, stitch, expand, erase, enhance, add textures, correct errors, edit colors, reconfigure composition, add/edit or remove individual objects, change styles, brush strokes, light sources, etc etc. You could say that all the lassoing of image components, background removal, outlines, layers etc you need to do for your PS collages, an AI tool will do all that tedious work for you, leaving you free to manipulate the generated image to your heart's content to produce a work you can be proud of. But caveat, a simple online AI generation tool CANNOT do this, just like a Toyota Corolla won't set lap records at the Monaco Grand Prix.

Granted there is A LOT of AI slop on the internet, but then again there is always slop in any art medium. Just go to your local community college art fair or amateur photography exhibition if you don't believe me. But like it or not, AI is here to stay. I worked with professional artists and they all use AI in some form or another. Even Photoshop has AI based functions such as the Remove Tool and Generative Fill. And I recall you needed help using AI to change the expression of a subject's face for a collage you were working on.

So, tl;dr my humble opinion is that I think its a little harsh to judge AI negatively after using what is basically a very limited free online generator. In my case I use more advanced tools to generate and edit my AI images and videos and after almost 18 months learning and experimenting I am STILL scratching the surface of my downloaded freeware local generation software. But I like to think my resulting work has some degree of positive recognition on this forum. Imagine how much more advanced the professional payware AI tools are.

Just my two cents. No intention to offend. Everyone's opinion is respected.

Hey man, this is ultimately someone else's blog on a fetish sight so I don't want to get too in the weeds on the philosophy side of this but comparing anything made by people to AI slop is disgusting. Even a child drawing with crayons on a wall is at least a form of human expression. Of what that child wanted to do in that moment, of what they thought would be interesting, or discovering what boundaries they have as a two year old in a house run by adults. And IF there is something resembling a dinosaur on that wall, well now you know what that child is spending their time thinking about, what interests them, what occupies their mind when left unattended.
If some empty nest moms are taking a watercolor class where they serve cheap wine and everyone paints a watercolor beach sunset scenes for a few hours, that still isn't slop. It might not produce anything that hangs in an art gallery but it still represents something those wine moms actually did. Actually made, or maybe just the time they spent together gossiping about Carol.

I don't know, maybe I lost the plot on this one. But calling something made by people "Slop" just because it isn't high quality made me mad enough that I had to get something down or I would fester about it. Slop is defined by its impersonal, unintentional nature and its massive quantity NOT by its quality.

I don't resent AI for existing. The same way that I don't resent cars for killing the horse and stable industry. Just don't devalue people and their efforts at expression. And don't parrot faceless corporations that want you to use their products at the expense of real people.

Not 100% sure what you are saying Doc. I understood you were using was a free version.

If you thought I was trying to say "Don't pirate" well I have no issue with stealing trash from billion dollar corporations. That's truly a crime with no victims.

What I was actually trying to say was don't repeat corporate talking points that aim to devalue people, their work and their expressions.

Sorry again if I've ruffled anybody's feathers and sorry especially to seem to have hijacked DockRick's topic. I am not belittling anybody's work, whether its made with software and a Wacom tablet on a computer or if its painted with a brush on canvas. But Ribolflavin's response above is exactly the way I feel about people speaking negatively about AI generated imagery in general (I for one will not call it art by any means).

AI generated imagery is still made by a human being, his/her ideas and vision tapped out into a prompt box and perhaps generated over and over or edited by some other software until a satisfactory image emerges because that's the medium and the method the person has chosen to express him/herself with. And that's why I took a bit of umbrage at the outright dismissal a lot of people make regarding AI image generation. There's more to it than just what a free online image generator can do. Because in the end, its still a person, whether a child, an empty nester mom or someone posting on a fetish blog who is providing the creative drive behind the image.

As for the community college art fair and amateur photography exhibition remark. I speak from personal experience. I myself exhibited my works in such venues many decades ago, works so derivative, cliched and technically SLOPPY that even now I cringe to recall.

Again, all due respect, no offence intended. Everyone is free to choose their own method of creative expression. Just my two cents.

Madaline admiring her new pet, the former office manager recently hired and promoted over her by her uncle at Size Matters, Inc. Angered by the betrayal, Madaline used the company's experimental secret technology to shrink her and make her her pet. Now the office manager position is open again and even if Madaline doesn't get the promotion, she's happy simply reducing the competitive field.

Natalie usually didn't go for online dating, but she had been suffering through a dry spell, so she thought she would give it a try. She connected with a guy named Josh who seemed nice, funny and successful, although about ten years older than she, so she agreed to go out with him. The first date they both drove separately to a nice restaurant. Josh was standing in the parking lot when she pulled in. He walked up to the car, opened the door for her, introduced himself and handed her a single red rose. Dinner conversation was great. Josh knew about wines and selected one that Natalie loved. When she sneezed, he handed her his handkerchief. He insisted on paying for the meal. After dinner, they went for a walk in the park next door and then he walked her to her car. Took her keys, opened the door, handed the keys back to her and shook her hand goodnight. The next morning, she got a text saying, "I really enjoyed last night. I would like to see you again." She texted back that she would like to see him again too. Over the next week, she got a good morning text each morning and a phone call each evening.

The second date, Josh picked her up at her apartment, again opening the door for her as they left the building, taking her elbow in his hand as he walked her to his car and opened the door for her. Dinner and conversation were great again, then a sunset walk on the beach. When he took her home, he walked her to her door and asked permission to give her a kiss goodnight, which she granted. Over the next week, morning texts and evening phone conversations. Natalie hung up the phone after agreeing to a third date, dreamily thinking that she may have found a true old-fashioned gentleman.

The third date was to go out dancing. Natalie wore a sexy dress and boots, Josh wore a casual, but stylish suit. They danced and drank to the wee hours of the morning, then went for a walk on the beach. He asked her if she wouldn't mind stopping at his house for a nightcap before taking her home and she agreed, the alcohol and an intense desire to see what kind of house he lived in. They arrived and she was nearly floored by the size of his house. Josh escorted her to the front door and when they went in, she was stunned by the interior......not garish, but beautifully and tastefully decorated. Josh asked her to have a seat on the couch while he made drinks. They drank and talked for another hour when Josh excused himself. When he returned, he was holding what looked like an old-fashioned perfume sprayer, but much larger than any one Natalie had ever seen. Josh walked up to her, pointed it at her and pressed a button. A cloud of mist come out, enveloping Natalie and when it dissipated, she found herself on the floor, looking up at a 70-foot-tall Josh. Too stunned to move, she didn't resist when Josh reached down and gently picked her up and set her in the palm of his hand. The other hand was slowly approaching her, one finger extended towards her. She stuttered, "Don't touch me......stop........stay away from me......don't.........stop......."

Image

The tip of his finger brushed her dress open and he began to caress her breasts. Whether it was the alcohol, fear or the overwhelmingly sexy feeling of being powerless, Natalie was turned on by his touch, electricity streaking through her body with each caress. Still, she kept repeating, "Don't........stop.......don't.......stop" until his finger began tracing down her belly and between her legs. Her voice raised in excitement as she began to repeat over and over, "Don't stop......don't stop........don't stop............"

Corporate espionage is dealt with harshly at Size Matters, Inc. This spy from an Eastern European government, hired on as a research assistant, was caught with a lipstick camera in one of the highest security areas. She was miniaturized and given to the security officer that discovered her as a token of appreciation by the owner of the company, Professor Thorton.
