Anything to do with naked SW's under restraint gets my vote.
That being said, AI's sometimes generate SW's faces or bodies to look like undeveloped teenagers (like your second image), which might be mistaken for CP. Thats why I "over-endow" the SW's in my images.

Well nobody will mistake that for CP!
Damn, the sight of those Tamiya cements and acrylic paints really brings back memories! Believe it or not, I'd stopped building plastic models by the time Vallejo paints started going mainstream. The last few models I'd made and painted were little tiny pewter 1/285 scale WWII wargame miniatures using Humbrol lacquer paints. Did you specifically prompt for Tamiya and Vallejo paints?

No. I reckon that the spoofy brained program figured I meant acrylic painted model because I mentioned painting (not model) in the prompt. Didn't mention any paint products either.
