In the second video in my previous post in this thread (the one with the Brits), one of them talks about an episode of the original cartoon in which the Magic School Bus shrinks and does Fantastic Voyage inside someone's body...by entering through the rectum.

I found out from watching both videos that the revival with Miss Frizzle's sister aired on Netflix, not PBS like the original. And Miss Frizzle's sister was voiced by Kate McKinnon, not Kristen Wiig. (Even though Kristen Wiig has done quite a bit of cartoon voicework.)
