Thanks! A lot of the issues of the videos are the result of the conversion from mp4 to gif format. And sometimes because I had to reduce the resolution so the resulting gif file doesn't exceed this forum's 30Mb file size limit. But the general rule in image2video generation is the better the starting base image, the better the resulting video.

I presume that if the tape was over the arms then the tops would be more difficult to take off. I don't know. See Spindrift.

We can assume the Robinsons have been lost for over 6 years and Penny is now over 18". So being careful and working on that assumption I think that should clear it up for anyone who may be worried. Yeah, I guess you're right about her age. With Will being obviously a kid, I always assumed she was just a year or two older than him.

The tape thing is just one of the things I notice when I look at or watch AI images. I don't think AI knows realizes what is happening. Maybe adding a phrase like the tape is torn off as the dress is removed.....I don't know. I'm not into AI yet so I don't know all the ins and outs about making it work logically.

Watching it few more times, I can see the tape being torn off. Maybe a separate piece of tape holding down their arms at the wrist?

Honestly? I'm not the author of the animations and have never claimed to be such, I just do images at the moment. If I do get into animating though, I'd be more than happy to discuss any aspect of that with you. Laters!

Yes, as Trunkmonkey says we were proceeding under the assumption that the Robinson family was "Lost in Space" for over 6 years, and Penny is now well over 18. How poor Will endured puberty aboard the tiny Jupiter 2 is beyond me!

And its true, the tape is practically invisible in the 3rd video, but as I told Trunkmonkey there's a lot of glitches and artifacts that show up when I convert my original mp4 files into gif files. Add to that, if the resulting gif file is over 30 megabytes I have to reduce the resolution so the file size is acceptable to the forum requirements, resulting in more quality issues. Trust me, the tape is visible in the orginal mp4 file.

But you are right that current AI is quite a moron when it comes to video generation. I get one useable video for every 3 or 4 generated. In my case its exacerbated by the fact that I'm using common open-source, free-to-download tools and data models because I'm cheap and my PC is a potato. The serious pro's use the expensive stuff like Seedance 2.0 on super highend workstations. I've seen it in use and it is mind blowing. Hollywood is right to be scared stiff!
