Lizzie's brother Jerry was crushed when his girlfriend broke up with him just before Valentine's Day, so she decided to do something about it. She called her friend Michael Thorton, the son of Professor Thorton the inventor of the Matter Manipulator.

On Valentine's Day, Jerry found a heart-shaped box of chocolates on his porch. Opening it, he found his exgirlfriend, miniaturized to six inches tall and wearing a dress made of chocolate. As he held his squirming girl in his hand, all he could think of was the old M&M's commercial about chocolate melting in your mouth......

Okay, I'll admit it. My new girlfriend is a freak. She dresses like she was at Woodstock, has more tattoos than a sailor (talks like a sailor too ),is so adventurous in bed that some mornings, I didn't think I would live to see the sunrise. And she was game for anything new. If I suggested it, she would say "Let's go". So as a prank, I stole the Matter Manipulator from the college Microbiophysiology Lab. When she got home from work, I ambushed her and shrunk her to five inches tall.

First, she was shocked. Then she got angry. Then she smiled and said "This is really cool" as she looked around the room at the shoes she could use as a boat, chairs higher than a house and me, towering over her like King Kong. For the next few months, she would let me shrink her and she would stay tiny for the weekend. She would swim in the kitchen sink, ride around in an R/C Jeep and at night.....well, she was still a freak, and we found a way to make sex even more exciting.

One of her favorite things to do when tiny was to go out in public, riding in my shirt pocket. It was an adventure to her, trying to avoid being seen while still people watching. I would go into a restaurant and get a table in the back or in a corner and I would put her on the table and she would play hide from the waitress. It was one of these meals when I found out just how freaky she was, when she stripped naked and dove into one of my tacos.

Now, I have a major decision to make......just how much hot sauce am I going to put on her.

My neighbor kept whining about wanting a Jeep but couldn't afford one so I bought a 1/12 model. I called her to come over and made her a drink, telling her "I have a surprise for you. Here's your new Jeep." I showed her the Jeep and she said "What am I supposed to do with that? It's too small for me."

As she was finishing her drink, I said "It won't be in a few seconds."

Characters: Wendy, the nerdy brainy graduate student
Jennifer, the not too bright freshman cheerleader

Wendy: "You've been messing around with my experiments, haven't you?"

Jennifer: "Obviously. You know I've always been self-conscious about my height. I thought if I could be five inches shorter, I would feel better about myself."

Wendy: How much did you take?"

Jennifer: Pointing to a graduated glass cup "What your notes said. Five, what it says on the cup."

Wendy: "That's five deciliters. The dosage for 10% size reduction is five milliliters. You took ten times what you wanted to take."

Jennifer: "How long does this last? Do you have an antidote?"

Wendy: "I don't know how long it lasts. We've never experimented on anything larger than a rabbit. And no, there's no antidote."

Jennifer: "What are we going to do?"

Wendy: "Stop at the pet supply store on the way home and buy a hamster cage."
