She was a Steelers fan, and I liked the Browns. We had to stop watching the games because we argued too much, but that was before she shrank.....now, after I pitched all her Steelers stuff, except for the jersey which will be soon in the trash, she doesn't have much to say about my Browns anymore.

"The Birthday Present"

The new shift manager, the nephew of the convenience store owner, was a real ass. Never did any work himself, just barked orders to the other workers like a drill sergeant. Jenny, home from college for the summer, was working at the store for some extra spending money. The shift manager constantly made derogatory remarks to her, belittled her in front of the other employees and occasionally "accidently" brushed his hand over her butt or breasts. She couldn't stand being around him, but she needed the money.

This night was no different. He was walking around the store, yelling at the workers to get busy, to stock the shelves, clean up this mess, hurry up checking out the customers. Jenny decided to duck out for a minute and went into the backroom to get away from him. She leaned up against a shelf of various cleaners and chemicals, and knocked a couple bottles off the shelf, the bottle shattering when they hit the floor. She bent down to clean up the mess before anyone came into the backroom. She grabbed a rag and started wiping up the chemicals, thoroughly mixing them together, and a mist suddenly rose from the floor. Jenny breathed in the mist before she could move away and passed out.

She awoke in a mound of fabric, underneath her, all around her and on top of her. She struggled to climb free and finding her was out, she was shocked to see herself on top of what used to be her clothing. The ceiling was like the sky, seeming so far up and the shelves looked like ten story buildings. She also realized she was naked.

Fearing who might come into the backroom, she hid under one of the shelves. Starting to get chilled, she found an old candy bar wrapper and climbed into it like it was a sleeping bag. She waited and waited and then the door opened. The shift manager walked and getting a wiff of the chemicals still on the floor, instead of cleaning up the mess himself, he yelled for one of the workers to clean up the room, wanting it spotless.

One of the younger workers, a recent high school graduate, came into the room to start cleaning. He used a mop to clean up the spill, then a dust pan and broom to sweep up the glass, staying far away from the residual mist. Once he had that cleaned up, he glanced around and began picking up papers and other bits of trash lying on the floor, more to avoid the wrath of the manager than a sense of dedication to duty.

Jenny had ducked down into the candy bar wrapper and hoped he wouldn't see her. She had hoped one of the girls would find her as they would be more sympathetic and most of the guys working there were immature jerks. The kid reached under the shelf and Jenny felt herself being pulled across the floor inside the wrapper, then hoisted up rapidly into the air, the external pressure of his hand around her forcing the breath out of her lungs and nearly breaking her bones. But the kid, feeling something inside the wrapper, lessened his grip and looked at the wrapper, gently peeling back the already torn edges from when someone had eaten the candy. He was shocked when he saw the miniscule Jenny inside the wrapper. She slowly pulled herself up and looked up at the now gigantic teen. She pleaded with him to get one of the girls and not tell the manager about her. He just looked at her for a moment, than a sardonic smile spread across his face. Without a word, he pushed her back down into the wrapper and twisted the open end shut. Shoving her into his pocket, he left the backroom and told the manager that he just got an emergency phone call and had to go to the hospital. The manager said that was fine, but he was docking his pay. The kid just said that was fine and grabbed his coat and walked out of the store, with Jenny still secured in the candy wrapper squirming around in his pocket. As she felt a bulge forming and pressing against her, she had the horrifying realization that the kid had no intentions of getting her any help. She would soon find out her problems were just beginning.........
