Thanks Rusco57. I agree it is nice to portray Valerie being handled, which we were often wanting more of in the show. Luckily I have a few suitable poses of my own to help make that happen.

However since I'm creating just using the head/faces of Valerie with my own stock (with a Betty idea pending), the first two will be very helpful.

Vast improvement on the first two......seems you blended the pixels very well. The third, doesn't look like Valerie, but does look good...... maybe a nineteen year old Valerie.

With your picture, this came out much, much better, even with my primitive skills.

"Valerie" in the third one could pass for her at around 19 or 20.

These are about the best pictures I've found of Betty but being 1960's technology, they are still very grainy. Any of the AI pirates out there able to clean them up, sharpen them up and generally make them usable for collaging, it would be appreciated.

Yes, good to throw that out there Doc (and the one you've done of Betty using Min's clean up job, looks good).

One of my intentions (time permitting) is to grab some screen shots from the DVDs I have, which should also be better than the stuff on the web.

Almost every original photo of Valerie makes her look like someone is holding a turd under her nose! Yours look so much better.

Looking at that last one more closely, it looks like the AI did more than change her face, it made her younger...check the hands...and also, notice there has been an improvement in the (ahem) chest area. The AI also made some alterations to the outfit, getting rid of the pattern, and wrinkling up the arm, and altering the belt, and getting rid of the boots (BOOOOOOO BAD AI!!). And that was from a site that said it was only sharpening up the image...oh well, at least there are lots of different ways to try this now.

Yeah it's typical of AI to do that. The AI version also has her wearing casual pants instead of tights! So an extra BOOO HISS for that lol!

We all do, but since the show was made nearly 55 years ago, the quality of the images found online usually are not too good to downright crappy. That's why I asked, and Dr. Min responded, to trying to improve the quality of the best images I could find. If you have better images, please share them.

You say we all do, but some aren't bothered whether an image is AI generated or not, so that's why we see so many of these fake lookalikes. In any event I was responding to QTips and not being critical of the collage you made with the AI image.

Couldn't agree more about the lack of decent quality original images (of LOTG), but as we've seen, at least it's now possible to improve them a bit.

The studio have realised they have another attractive asset in Betty, and soon write her into an adventure of her own.

In "The winner takes all", she's featured as the captive of a giant with a gambling problem, and finds herself as his "stake" in a bizarre game of cards!

But the role could prove a bigger test of her professionalism than she was expecting, when she discovers the 'giant' actor featuring with her, is a former partner she broke off a relationship with. Which is hardly a situation she would have chosen to be in! (not AI)

Betty is tiring of doing take after take with her previous partner from way back, and feels acutely embarrassed that she's in this situation. She's professional enough not to show it of course, but she can tell by the look in his eyes, that he's sensing her discomfort and enjoying it.

So she applies all her concentration to finishing off the scene, and then getting off the set to be resized. But while that can't come soon enough for her, the plot has the twist of him finally winning a card game. Making him the 'winner that takes all' just like the episode title says.

Which of course means he gets everything on the table.. Including his little stake again! (not AI)

I also love the idea of Betty getting handled by some guy she's ditched from a previous relationship, with the whole studio looking on without realising how it's creeping her out. That's a really wicked touch.
