I was looking at some height charts for the average US woman, and I was curious what the 99th percentile was for each end of the spectrum. It roughly starts out at 6'7" and 4'8". Based on my own experience and research, the realistic (not including "unicorns") heights that can be found in women, rare and not associated to any genetic issues, seems to be about 6'8" and 4'6". Of course, this isn't absolute, but I'd say it's pretty fair. That's a 2'2" height difference.
So, I wanted to portray that below, a comparison that could be seen if the right people crossed paths! Enjoy! I may do a follow up or 2 on this one

Story:
There were some new trials taking place for a new medication for women to actually help prevent breast cancer. This, of course, encouraged many women to go into the trials. They wanted the most average women out there for their initial phases.
Now that the first phases were over, and quite successful, they needed outliers, women that were relatively unique physically. Since they found that the medication responded differently based on height and weight, they obtained some women in the upper and lower 99th percentiles of both the tallest and shortest, as well as thinnest and heaviest.
They put each pair into a room, where they would await the doctors and nurses to come in and start the phases for each pair to track any side effects, etc.
The pair below were chosen specifically because of their height and similar figures, at least proportionally similar.
Cynthia came into the room first. She was part of the lower 99th percentile, at only 4'6" tall and 79 pounds, she could easily pass as a 10-year-old at first glance. Being 30, going on 31, she had aged enough that she could easily convince others she was an adult, and not 10, as long as they looked at her face and talked with her for a few moments.
She normally wore kid-sized or teen-sized clothes, since they fit the best, but didn't want to portray that look at the doctor's office. So, she threw on some of the smallest shirt and jeans she got from the adult’s section and went with it. The shirt was only a bit baggy, but the jeans were a bit obvious they were much too long for her, and she had to use a belt to keep the pants from sliding off her tiny waist. She still had her kid shoes, as that was the only sizes that fit her, and had a kid's purse, since it was a bit more manageable at her size. She did have larger, adult-sized purses but didn't feel like bringing all of that into the doctor's office.
She was told to take her shoes and socks off, ensured that the floors were clean, so she did so after the doctor exited. She then proceeded to sit down in the round chair the doctor usually sits in, her feet just reaching the legs that suck out.
She knew that someone in the upper 99th percentile would be in their shortly. She was very curious, and prior to arriving, found out that the upper 99th percentile started at 6'7". She wondered how tall the girl would be. The tallest girl she ever met was 6'2. Cynthia was a bit self-conscious of her height, so she was a bit nervous at meeting someone so much larger.
Only a few moments after, the door opened, again with the same doctor explaining the same things she did to Cynthia, but to someone else. Cynthia looked up in awe at the massive woman walking in. The doctor had to be about 5'10", and this girl was towering over him, though Cynthia noticed she also had heels on, which made her seem even larger. She had long and powerful looking legs, with an excellent figure and outfit to go with it, as well as her large and stylish purse.
The doctor left the room, saying they were free to interact with each other as it wouldn't affect the study, and that he would be back momentarily.
"Ugh, do we really have to take our shoes off?" Lauren said aloud to Cynthia, not reacting to their unusual size difference, although Cynthia sitting down may have been throwing her off.
Cynthia laughed "And socks. I know, that's why I'm sitting down.", pointing to her dangling feet. "They said they cleaned the floor, but... I don't trust that."
Lauren shook her head. "No socks here! Agreed, but I guess I'll do it anyways, I don't want to mess up this study." as she approached Cynthia and took her heels off, causing her to be just a little less goddess-like.
"I'm Lauren by the way!" she said, sticking her hand out. Cynthia reached out to shake the much larger hand "Cynthia. Nice to meet you!"
"Wow, small hands! Are we both in the 99th percentile height-wise, just on opposite ends?" Lauren asked out loud.
"Ya, we are supposed to be!" Cynthia responded.
"Isn't this great? We are helping so many women around the world by being in this study, and we are especially important as we represent some of the least common groups. I'm so glad I'm a part of it! Aren't you?" Lauren said excitedly.
Cynthia responded. "Ya, it is pretty awesome!"
"So how tall are you anyways? I'm 6 foot 8 inches." Lauren asked.
Cynthia went wide-eyed. "WOW! I'm only 4 foot 6 inches tall."
Lauren's face went to a surprised look. "For real??? I didn't know anyone could be that short and not... you know... have some condition."
Cynthia hopped off her chair to get a better comparison. "Nope, no condition here, just really really small, and this comparison is crazy!" as she observed Lauren's long legs.
Lauren was caught off guard. "Holy crap, I thought you just looked smaller cause you were sitting down, but damn, standing up... this is crazy. Nice shoes by the way... Gap Kids?" she said, with a little sarcasm.
Cynthia responded "Ya, well, when you are this small, finding stuff in the adult section your size is hard, and basically impossible for shoes.
"Probably the teen section too! Damn, that sucks..." Lauren responded, kind of bluntly. "I have some difficult times too, but stuff is sometimes too small, obviously. But I don't mind it, I just fill it out better most of the time. Nothing like you though, it must be so tough to always be wearing kids’ stuff." Lauren said in a direct manner.
Cynthia got a little annoyed. "Well, I don't wear everything from the kid’s department, this shirt and jeans are from the adult section."
"Ya... but... it's pretty baggy on you..." Lauren pointed out right away. "By the way, how old are you?"
"Thanks captain obvious... And I'm 30... How old are YOU?" Cynthia snapped back.
"Oh, don't be so dramatic, I'm just having a little fun with all this!" Lauren said as she looked down at Cynthia. "I'm 21. It's crazy how I'm towering over someone so much older than me. Damn, you are soooo small, like, are you belly button height? Wow, my legs are almost as tall as you!" Lauren said, as she kept pointing out their differences.
"Ya, you're a big girl all right." Cynthia replied back, trying to come up with good comebacks.
"Big in all the right places though!" as she pushed out her body towards Cynthia, as Cynthia just looked up at her through her glasses, annoyed.
"Whatever you say..." Cynthia replied.
"Hey, we could make a cool TikTok showing our extremes and how we are helping defeat breast cancer. My followers would love that!!" Lauren said excitedly.
"Ya, how about no... Let's just wait until the doctor gets back, ok?" Cynthia said, annoyed at Lauren.
"Jeez, it's not a big deal to do a TikTok, but whatever... You sure are acting like a kid your size..." Lauren responded, but Cynthia decided to bite her tongue and not reply, as Lauren pulled out her phone and started browsing social media.

Pant size: Women's 000 US (Do they even make these? Even so... they'd probably be too long, a short inseam on those is 30 inches, 6 inches longer than hers... might be why her jeans are baggy and she's got a belt holding them on loosely...)
