Legend? I'm not sure about that. Maybe iconic, monumental or downright groundbreaking; but a legend? I don't know if I would go that far.Dr.Minimizer wrote: ↑Sun Feb 12, 2023 8:52 pmNo, no, please, by all means, keep it up. I'm a legend. You hear me? A LEGEND!!!![]()

I'm a bit late to the party on this thread, but I figured it was better than starting a new request thread. The Internet Wayback Machine and similar internet archives have substantial holes in them, and there is really no substitute for Classic Minimizer. I've been able to find the comics, but if anyone was able to take Min up on this offer and has all the images from the stories, I would love to have them. I think I have the comics and the sketches completely covered.Dr.Minimizer wrote: ↑Tue Jan 17, 2023 6:14 amIn any event I kept pretty much everything so if anybody wants any of my old stuff just let me know and I can slap it into a DA folder for your downloading pleasure. I even have all the HTML site files, and while the forum wouldn't work, I could theoretically rebuild the whole thing exactly as it stood at the time it got closed. (not that I intend to do so, just saying)
And Min, if you're reading this, I would gladly pay for access for the whole thing via DA if you're ever so inclined to throw it all in a zip file. You've definitely earned it, and I look forward to every new entry for your new stuff. I'm actually hoping you put your new stuff in zip files for the same reason (but I get not doing that, at least not right away, probably makes it really easy for pirates). You just get something so fundamental about the whole thing that I think is irreplaceable.

One of those UK SW enthusiasts here. Minimiser's site was truly legendary, giving me a space to explore my new fetish as a young teen in a confusing time for me.
"Always Follow The Directions" is my favourite story from the site, not Minimiser written, but a long story hosted there. Lost a copy years back on an old hard drive, underrated SW story.
Sandi's Trials, excellent SW comic, great concept too. I do like the sketchy art style of it.
Anyway, Minimiser, I wouldn't be here typing this without your site, and I thank you a lot!

Re: Question: is 'Minimizer' the legend of the SW topic?
I’d thought I throw my 2 cents in I can honestly say for better or worse I would not be the man I am today with out Minimiser and the friends I made upon there site and beyond they took a young shy 21 year old and exposed him to a world he didn’t know existed outside his own mind. Let him place his name on a comic of someone he admired greatly and introduced him to people he’s made into lifetime friends if I was to make a hall of fame they would have a place among the greats as others have risen only because they stood on the shoulders of people like Minimiser. It’s not my place to say who is legendary or not mine is only the right to say how I feel on said topic but I can honestly say in my eyes Sizecon and the like would have never happened if it wasn’t for sites like Minimiser and the like and for that I will be forever grateful.

I am humbled by your words and certainly don't deserve the title of "legendary." Like so many of you I discovered this crazy interest of mine at a young age and didn't know anyone I could talk to about it, until I discovered the SW Forum. Everyone there was so helpful and complimentary...I feel like they, and that place, are the true legends. I'm just happy to be able to share this really weird fetish with others, because without the Forum I would've just kept to myself all these years. Thanks!

Re: Question: is 'Minimizer' the legend of the SW topic?
Dude you’ve long since earned it.
About 20 years ago I heard about people who thought giant women were absolutely amazing and erotic. I was like, that doesn’t do anything for me, but if people are into big people, maybe someone out there is into shrunk women. Within minutes google brought me to my first SW site ever, which was your shrinking site in like, 2005?
It had so much material. Stories, art, comics, sketches with your novellas and short stories…it was so overwhelming and exciting. And I didn’t feel alone. I think the first story of yours I read was Entomology Opportunity, and I lost it over how perfect the shrinking scene was written. How believable she was as a character and her reaction was able to hit all the marks I had towards the fetish while also feeling like it just worked on its own merits as a story. Sandi’s Trials 1-3 was up and that was the first comic I read featuring tiny ladies, and I got to see the image of Sandi peaking around a closed door from floor level, at few inches tall, wearing that incredible outfit (though I always thought it was black and yellow and that Sandi was a blonde, lol). The frame is burned into my brain forever, it was perfect.
So yeah anyway, thank you for the community, the art and the writing. I pick up your paid works every time.
And please, I would absolutely love to take you up on your old offer to get the complete collection of what I’ve started to think of as “Classic Minimizer”. Definitely miss those story drawings you did!

wow I forgot "Entomology Opportunity", and yes, the shrinking scene is very well written for such a short story.Nropyub wrote: ↑Fri Jan 02, 2026 9:49 pmDude you’ve long since earned it.

Oh god yeah. The frantic attempts to stop it, the overwhelming dread, the scientific interest vs emotional turmoil of being tiny…just nailed it.
And the ending! Yeah being stuck as a pet is something we see over and over in these stories now but this was my first time reading a story written by someone with the same interests. Having her STAY that way? Oh man. Just amazing.

Stories on the site, especially Minimizer's ones, always had that unpredictability about them, no matter the length, I never guessed the endings but never found a bad one.Nropyub wrote: ↑Mon Jan 05, 2026 2:51 amOh god yeah. Re: Question: is 'Minimizer' the legend of the SW topic?
Top three stories for me:
1. Welcome to the Dollhouse: twilight zone/black mirror-esque mindfuck ending. The sense of scale especially when our protagonist was celebrating her ‘rescue’. The card dealer scene and artwork.
2. Magicians Bargain: our protagonist getting ‘folded’ over and over until the absolutely steaming climax, with associated missing art, absolutely perfect.
3. Choose Your Own Shrinking: in one of the endings the main character accepts she is stuck this easy while living with a low level employee at the company responsible for the incident. She’s happy to see him come home and is waiting for him on furniture while a nearby grappling hook is left in place, described as home made out of a safety pin. She asks to ‘get messy’, with a smile. Melted my heart.

Re: Question: is 'Minimizer' the legend of the SW topic?
When I discovered the online SW community sometime in 2002 (while doing a Google search to find out information about a children's book that I bought online, The Mysterious Shrinking House (aka Mindy's Mysterious Miniature), I discovered the online SW community: Minimizer's website, the story "The House of the Tiny Men" (which has some SW content), and various Adultforums message boards. The main one was hosted by Lorekeep, but there also was the Little Ladies Forum, the SW Matrix (known as the "women's board" because azure_eyes, Crys, Samara and Sasha mainly posted there), the VSW board, and one that I can't remember the name of where Cashia posted. Sometime in 2004, the one hosted by Lorekeep was plagued by a pop-up ad for some kind of vibrator, which would not go away. Lorekeep decided to shut down the message board, against the wishes of the members. ("Lorekeep was cool for a long time, but a couple of years ago, he turned into a sociopath."-Prof Sai, after Lorekeep banned her from The Process) Minimizer discovered that his website had provisions for a forum, so he set one up. It was originally called the SW Drawer. ("Opening the drawer, you see a tiny woman waving at you.") While the Adultforums message boards were just random posts, the SW Drawer was divided into sub-forums like this one is: SW stories, SW art, requests, etc.. It also had a very active "off-topic" section. Rebecca/burnstuff88 started "The Cooking Thread", which I contributed over 20 recipes to. There was a "What was the last movie you watched?" (non-SW) thread, and similar threads about TV shows (non-SW) and books (non-SW). There was a "political discussion" sub-forum, which could get quite heated; I remember that Chisaiimichiko banned Anak just because she was losing a political debate with him. (I wonder what that section would be like now, with our wonderful new President?) The new format also allowed content to be preserved, unlike the Adultforums message boards, where posts didn't stay there very long. (Though there were three incarnations of Minimizers board between September 2004 and when I was banned on March 6, 2013. I remember that the second incarnation disappeared in January 2008, because it happened close to my birthday.) The new format also allowed images to be uploaded, not just linked to. I scanned and uploaded a complete pulp story, miscellaneous pulp artwork, a complete EC Comics story, single pages from EC Comics stories (including the final page of one that ended with a woman chopping up her husband and cooking him on the BBQ grill, for Kajira), and the "Lilliput" and "Brobdingnang" sections of Guido Crepax's "I Viaggi di Bianca", and more. There was more active discussion, and more praise for contributions. The replacement message boards haven't been the same.Dr.Minimizer wrote: ↑Tue Jan 17, 2023 6:14 amThe store grew out of what amounted to an old BBS style SW forum. There were some other sites that had SW content but most were barely updated and I wanted one that I could share my feelings on SW with the rest of the fans out there. The site became a hub mostly because there wasn't anything else like it at the time. It didn't even have a forum initially, just pics and drawings and stories by me. The forum got added later and took off so much that I couldn't really manage it myself and had to enlist others to help out.

Anyway, something you may not know is that the site was hosted by another SW fan (I forget the name) who gave me a ton (for the time) of free space with no monthly charges.

Memory lane is a wonderful thing.
That’s what kills me! I always hear that the internet is forever and that whatever is put out there never goes away. But here we are, no Minimizer story art in hand. So close to a complete collection.
I collect complete works of a few other artists but this one has a nostalgic factor the others lack.
