Exactly as the title says, the jar has a first place ribbon on it. I think the women were based on a comic. Honestly can't recall for the life of me this image, think it's on deviantart.

Sure though turned out it was a drawing. Still the original black and white one seems to be gone, maybe. Honestly hadn't seen this one in a long time.
