Does anyone have "The Warrant"

I've been looking for this story. It centered around a sorcerer who's skin is covered with glyphs that represent his spells. His first victim is a sadistic, red-haired witch queen and some of her handmaids. He shrinks many more women as hilarity ensues.

I don't have it, but I seem to recall it was written by Dorian the Black. Hope that is helpful.
