Don't tell people to sit through 20 minutes of atrocious voice acting and painful writing just for one shot of some green people. You can at least say "Fast forward to 19:00" to see it.

I am old enough to remember when you couldn't "fast forward" through the parts you didn't like when you watched something on TV. (I'm also old enough to remember having to wait for the TV to "warm up" because it had vacuum tubes (aka valves) in it.) That's how I still watch stuff, including watching commercials.

There is lots of crappy stuff about living in the future, but we ought to at least take the good with the bad.

All of the "Micro Ventures" segments from The Banana Splits Adventure Hour. You'll probably like the last one the most:
Their vehicle looks like a VW Country Buggy, which was only manufactured and sold in Australia:

Clips from the Gulliver's Travels animated feature from 1939 with Princess Glory:
This movie is in the public domain, so it should be easy to find online.

Plenty of shrinking (but only brief SW content) in one of the "Rickety Rocket" segments from The Plastic Man Comedy Adventure Hour:

The beginning of the original 1958 broadcast of "From All of Us to All of You", the Christmas episode of the prime time Disney TV series. This episode was rebroadcast (with changes) at least into the 1970's. But at some point they dropped the introduction with Tinker Bell and Walt Disney.

Hard to call this Western but didn't want to create a thread just to post: Soviet Alice in Wonderland from 1981.

(It's too bad that Kajira seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. I'm sure she'd love to see the female centaurs from Fantasia with their bare breasts exposed.)

Couple of shorts from the real Uncle Walt, first is a surprisingly naughty one (for Disney) from 1946 that has the toons interacting with a giant pencil as the unseen artist draws. The other's from 1934 and has an early take on a Disney standard, a helpful fairy.

The first one has to be the "All the Cats Join In" segment from Make Mine Music. The girl in the shower got a "digital mastectomy" for the DVD release. (On top of the entire "The Martins and the Coys" segment being omitted from the DVD release.) Thankfully Thunderbean Animation has uncensored prints of Make Mine Music and Melody Time (Pecos Bill's cigarette was digitally erased back in the VHS days), though the disc hasn't been released yet.
I'm guessing that the second one is the Silly Symphony "The Flying Mouse".

This was made by Gene Deitch, who's probably best known for directing some theatrical Tom and Jerry cartoons in the early 1960's, which get a lot of hate from fans:
He also directed some made-fore-TV Popeye cartoons around the same time:

The entire Termites Vs. Tongues episode of Wild Kratts. The two female members of the team, Aviva and Koki, accidentally get miniaturized, then they get carried away by termites.

In one of the "Web Woman" segments of Filmation's Tarzan and the Super 7, "The Lady in the Lamp", Web Woman is imprisoned inside a genie's lamp. She has to summon her "insect friends", who rub the lamp to free her. Plus the (female) genie is about 15 feet tall. All I can find on YouTube is a compilation of all ten episodes of Web Woman. (I watched it on my "homemade" Super 7 DVD set before it was taken away from me and put in the storage facility.)

Re: SW in Western Animation Compilation
One Season One episode of Superfriends (with Wendy, Marvin and Wonder Dog) had "balloon people" who could change their size, usually shrinking themselves to hide. The only way to watch it on YouTube is to pay $1.99. (WB is very protective of their properties.) I found a very brief clip, though it's mostly someone's "color commentary":
Superfriends is playing on MeTV Toons, if anyone feels like tracking this down and recording it. (Though the tiny female aliens in The Partridge Family 2200 AD were not well-received here.)

The description for the video you linked to, "The Balloon People are tactless as frick", now has a link to a few pictures from the episode, so please feel free to post them here if you can (I don't know how). It's also worth noting that not much shrinking occurs after the halfway point.

Re: SW in Western Animation Compilation
I probably haven't watched that episode of Superfriends since the 1970's. (I'm that old.)
This is the best that I can do for linking to your images. Maybe someone else can post the individual images here.
There's an episode of Superfriends in which an entire city is shrunk while the Wonder Twins are in it. ("I feel like I'm shrinking!" "The whole city is shrinking!") I found out that the title of that segment is "City in a Bottle", and it's from the second season, which was the first season with the Wonder Twins. Once again, the only way to watch it on YouTube is to pay $1.99. I couldn't even find any clips this time.

Re: SW in Western Animation Compilation
My older brother grew up in the 1970s too, so it's cool when we watch something together and he remembers watching it when it was originally run.
That's still more than I was able to do, so I'm glad you could do something I couldn't.
I'm glad I could help even a little.
I saw part of that recently. I'm glad MeTV Toons is showing the classic episodes. When it comes to Cartoon Network, I think there was an episode of one of the Ben 10 shows that used the shrinking city plot too, but I don't remember if any of the citizens were shown being shrunk or if the audience was just told they were.

Re: SW in Western Animation Compilation
Back then ABC used to show their Saturday morning cartoons on Thanksgiving to compete with the parades on NBC and CBS. The Superfriends episode "Tiny World of Terror" was shown on Thanksgiving of 1977 or 1978, going by the house my family was living in at the time. The Superfriends voluntarily shrink themselves (as well as the Batmobile and Wonder Woman's invisible plane) to search for two scientists who were shrunk and turned loose in a swamp by a rival scientist. There's a scene of the shrunken Superfriends "driving" a van, including Wonder Woman using her magic lasso to turn the ignition key.
Clips courtesy of foreverlurk:
There was an episode of Superfriends from the first season in which animals start growing to giant size...including Wonder Dog. Recently, when my youngest nephew (age ten) was here, I put on MeTV Toons for him. Superfriends was on, and it was that episode. I told him about Wonder Dog growing to giant size in that episode.
