I'm not sure where you can watch for free aside from downloading it or buying the DVD, but to cut to the chase there's a Handheld that I just remembered in Studio Ghibli's 1986 classic Castle in the Sky.

But I hate that it's behind a premium block. I'll find a way around this, or find a better link. No gogoanime links though, cause the popups are crazy there. Though it will be a last resort if I don't find anything.
