AI Used to Alter Movie/TV Scenes

Post by Sdk3 » Tue Nov 11, 2025 5:52 pm

Recently, I've been seeing a lot of clips on social media of AI being used to change scenes in movies. Like, instead of Alex Kinter's Mom slapping Chief Brody in Jaws, they wind up kissing.

It seems we have some people here who dabble in AI, would it be possible to insert SW content or improve a SW scene?

ReduxCinema seems to be into that specifically and has a few altered scenes on DA

Some time ago I found this clip touting software that could rescale a person in real-time either through existing footage or greenscreen - the demo includes taking a woman and scaling her down by a few inches or so. However, this was posted *15 years* ago and the channel doesn't seem to have much else going on so I have a feeling it was some kind of scam. Still, seeing how far tech in general has come I imagine this could be possible now or in the near future.

I wonder how it works. With AI promts they're hardly even a suggestion. You say "the woman gets smaller" and there's much more of a chance the stuff around her grows, she sits down, gets fucking bigger... so does nothing and smiles awkwardly rather than simply reducing in size. And if tou get uppity with it the thing thinks you're playing so it keeps on doing the same wrong fucking thing over and over regardless of how you alter the promt.
