Attack of the Puppet People" has a great scene of a blonde waking up naked and tiny.

While it would've been great to see her actually shrink, her reaction is one of the great SW moments in mainstream media.

Though it doesn't have giant/tiny content, here's a Bert I. Gordon movie that looks really interesting, with pretty good special effects for 1960. If there was a severed head in a William Castle production, they just used a head from a mannequin, including one bouncing down a flight of stairs in Homicidal. (Though Homicidal does have a really good plot twist, which I'm not giving away.)
Note that Bert I. Gordon's daughter Susan is in this movie. She's also in Attack of the Puppet People. She's the little girl who discovers the shrunken cat in a matchbox.
I believe that this movie is in the public domain, so it shouldn't be hard to find online.

For 1958, the special effects in this movie were amazing. The clips showing both of them together are flawless. If someone saw this and didn't know anything about green screen and Special effects, they might believe she was actually tiny.

I used to read books that collected Tom Weaver's interviews with people who were involved with vintage horror, fantasy and science fiction movies. (Though I fell behind.) He interviewed at least two of the actors who were in Attack of the Puppet People, John Agar (Bob) and the guy with the curly blonde hair, I think his name might have been Ken something. One of them (I can't remember which) said that he thought that the props that were used in Attack of the Puppet People belonged in a museum.
