Question for the female audience.
A question for the female audience, if there is one, of course. What do you like about fantasies about shrinking?
I wonder what girls like about being weak and tiny. And it is possible to be dependent on giants, not to mention the prospect of being left with nothing. Even without clothes.

I think we've had this question before.

Let me just say that the last three lines of your question reveal that you are working with a whole train load of false assumptions. Most of these probably reflect your own biases, which is what influences the images, possibly stories that you consume and in turn reinforce these biases and false assumptions.MaxSanhes wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2024 8:51 pmA question for the female audience, if there is one, of course. All of that is okay. You are, presumably humans and we all have our biases. So, I would suggest that your assumption that a majority of actual women who enough this fantasy enjoy the idea of being small, weak and dependent on the kindness of giants is completely wrong.
Here's a little bread crumb for you. For the majority of people, male or female, it's about the shifting of power. Hence the popularity of themes such as The Shrinking Boss, The Shrinking Teacher, The Shrinking Baby Sitter. and The Shrinking Superheroine. Role reversal is really the major factor in all of these themes.
Good luck with your search for the answer.

Sally, I think you're close to nailing it for the number of real women involved in this fantasy (as opposed to those who aspire to be for their own reasons).sallyfourth wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2025 5:04 pmLet me just say that the last three lines of your question reveal that you are working with a whole train load of false assumptions. It's always been about a shift in power in my own fantasies, which doesn't necessarily mean you want to be dependent on a "giant" or be happy to become a little pet for the purposes of sexual exploitation. There can be a lot more psychological subtlety involved with being small, than all that usual boring stuff.

That's the underlining issue in my current "pictastory" called Little White Lies. The personalities of the two protagonists are the opposite of what most people expect. The little lady is enjoying her adventure most of the time except when something happens to remind her of her new vulnerability, and the big guy is clueless and conflicted about how to interact with her, even feeling guilty when he imagines doing something that he would never allow himself to do to her, or second guessing nearly everything he does when they do, shall I say, expand upon their relationship.Little Sally wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2025 12:12 am

I can get all the other aspects of M/f or F/f relationships out of my system in my SW Art thread without getting too repetitive or monotonous.

Sounds like you're going for something a bit different with your story, so well done for that.DocRick wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2025 4:40 pm

It doesn't always have to be the same old formula all the time.

Re: Question for the female audience.
I'm trying.......since I've never been a miniature woman and can't place myself in their position, I've been relying on some female personalities from a few of my favorite female author's stories and a little personal perspective guidance from a forum member.Little Sally wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2025 10:07 pm
