I've used the Macrostat program on Macrophile.com to get a sense of size and proportion for many years. It's great. But I wanted a utility that was a bit more condensed in its presentation.
So I threw together this Google sheet to share:

Silly thing for me is that there is so much furry stuff on Macrophile.com, I used to think the word "macrophile" was a name for the furry fetish, even occasionally I think "macro" means furry.
