Wouldn’t it be amazing to have a cartoon like George Shrinks except it’s a girl who is born tiny?

There has been stuff like the Borrowers, the Littles and
Thumbelina but a work all about a woman born in this world
but is 1/12th normal height etc would be cool--follow her
through childhood, adolescence, adulrhood. Maybe imagine her in high school, driving a tiny motor scooter... carried
around in a friend's purse, kodnapped by an enemy, put in
precarious situations.
Her family brings her out to a restaurant and gets her own little table but mischevious little brother picks her up and
dumps her into a plate of food.
Her boyfriend normal size puts her in a chain so she can dangle around his neck.
Mistakenly left behind miles from home she needs to find a way to get back. Someone sees her, offers to help, but instead keeps her as a special plaything.
