Elsa meets Jabba meets Dr. Cyclops

Post by LittleAlisa » Sat Jan 17, 2026 5:12 pm

(For Doc Rick)

“No! Absolutely not!”

In her short but active career as a professional cosplayer, Nora Hansen has been asked to play a myriad of roles.

The most recent request blew the rest out the water.

Nora didn’t think of herself as a professional cosplayer. She was an undergraduate student with ambitions of earning a doctorate in applied mathematics one day. But scholarship money and grants only went so far.

Nora got into cosplaying by playing a certain Disney princess at the birthday party of one of her professor’s children. Nora didn’t have Idris Elba’s voice, but her singing was more than passable.

Somehow that one stint blossomed into performing at a number of children’s party, and even at a Disney-centric comicon. This in turned blossomed into opportunities for playing other roles, from Marvel suoervillainesses to barbarian princesses.

Nora quickly developed her own rules. She never wore anything too risqué, if she worked a private function it had to be held at a public venue, and if her potential employer started asking about her “limits,” she broke off any and all contact with said person.

Nora made it clear that she wasn’t a stripper, and she wasn’t a sexworker.

Nora’s latest job offer was for a private function at the upcoming comicon. The outfit was basically Disney’s Elsa as sl@vegirl Orimcess Leia. The costume was bluish-silver, with the chain resembling carved ice.

The money offered was good. Very good. Tu the costume was embarrassing and degrading. There was no way she was going to wear it.

The potential client offered Nora her basic fee if Nora would just meet with him for five minutes in private, so he could try to convince her to do his function. Of course, Nora would have to wear the costume provided (sans chain) for the meeting. But for a five minute meeting that oaud that well, Nora decided she could grit her teeth and “bare” it.

Nora felt like a pervert.

She was standing in the office of one Robert Phule, wearing a trench coat over the bikini costume that Mr. Phule wanted her to wear at a private function associated with the upcoming ComiCon. The costume came with a chain and collar, which Nora was thankful that she didn’t have to wear for this interview.

Nora wouldn’t have shown up for the interview at all if Mr. Phule wasn’t paying her basic appearance fee just to listen to his spiel. Mr. Phule wanted Nora to wear a “Frozen” version of the slave girl outfit Princess Leia wore in “Return of the Jedi” for his private function. When Nora saw the costume, the answer was a hard “No.” Nora’s answer remained unchanged even when Mr. Phule offered her an exorbitant fee over the phone.

Mr. Phule then offered to pay Nora’s normal appearance fee if she would just come to his office to listen to his pitch. Of course, there was a catch. Nora had to wear the bikini for the visit.

Which is how Nora ended up standing in Mr. Phule’s office with a trench coat covering her bikini clad body.

So far Mr. Phule hadn’t asked Nora to remove her trench coat, an oversight which Nora was very grateful for. There was something distinctly slimy about Mr. Phule. There wasn’t enough money in the world which could compel Nora to have a second meeting with him.

After listening to Mr. Phule give his presentation, Nora again politely but firmly refused his offer.

Surprisingly, Mr. Phule didn’t argue the point. Instead, he reached for a button on his desk. Nora thought the button was to buzz in an assistant with a cheque for Nora.

Instead, when Mr. Phule pressed the button, Nora found herself blinded by a bright light. When Nora’s vision returned, the first sight she saw was a gigantic Mr. Phule lowering a cubic glass case over her.

To say Nora was stunned by her sudden size change would have been a gross understatement.

So she can be forgiven for remaining frozen (no pun intended) in place as Mr. Phule lowered a clear cubicle container the size of a small aquarium over her. As soon as the clear container touched the floor, Nora heard four distinct clicks.

When Mr. Phule lifted the container up, the floor underneath Nora came up with it. Nora found herself encased in the cubicle, being carried to…

She didn’t know where she was being carried to. Mr. Phule placed the cubicle on his desk, then wrapped it in a nondescript blue-gray packing blanket. The shell shocked found herself being jostled and slid about in her glass prison, while beyond the blanket she heard the slamming of doors and trunks, muffled voices, traffic noises, and other indecipherable sounds.

After what seemed like an eternity, the glass cubicle Nora was put on something solid and unmoving, and the packing blanket removed.

It had been a week since Mr. Phule had shrunken Nora to her present height of eight inches. An experience that has started off as a nightmare, and now combined elements of the nightmarish and the monotonous.

Mr. Phule had handled Nora’s diminutive form exactly once, and that was very briefly. Mr. Phule had transferred Nora from the original container he had transported her in, to the much larger display case that was her home now.

That one brief touch still made Nora’s skin crawl. Now all Mr. Phule had to do was threaten to open the display case to get Nora to do whatever he wanted her to do.

Not that Nora had to do much. Her new home was a replica of the deck of Jabba the Hutt’s sand yacht, scaled to Nora’s new size. Nora was required to spend most of her time on deck, wearing her “slave Elsa” costume, with a collar around her neck, with the chain on the collar being held by a Jabba the Hutt replica.

Nora was allowed to go below deck for her meals, getting cleaned up and other private functions. But she was warned not to try to hide below deck, on threat of having the display case opened.

So Nora resigned herself to a new life of being constantly on display.

Most of the time, Nora was left by herself. Her display case was on the desk in Mr. Phule’s home office. Mr. Phule came in every night, perfunctorily checked her food and water, then left her alone, all while not saying a word.

The last two days, though,Mr. Phule brought in visitors to gawk at her. The way some of the gawkers leered at her and tapped on the container walls made Nora glad there was a transparent wall between her and them.

When one of the gawkers asked Nora her unshrunk bra size, she almost answered with an expletive. When Mr. Phule flexed his fingers, Nora forced herself to answer “36D.”

Nora was hoping that the worst thing she was going to have to put up with was voyeurs with inappropriate questions. She was afraid, though, the worst was yet to come.

Karl held his cousin James in open contempt, but secretly he envied James. That envy was a secret, even from Karl himself.

Karl was the scion of Hunter Westbrook, the manager of one of the world’s largest hedge funds, and Dana Wyatt, THE supermodel of her day. Karl was predestined to grow up to be an Adonis. Athletics, academics, romance…everything came easy to him.

By contrast, James was less gifted.

James was not bad-looking, in a darker, rougher sort of way. And he did not lack in intelligence or athletic abilities. But James paled in comparison to Karl.

Karl expected James to be envious of HIM! Instead, Karl’s cousin seemed to be content with his lot in life, and even worse, didn’t seem to automatically want to be in Karl’s orbit.

Karl, of course, had first pick of all the women in school. He even stole one from his cousin. Rather than being crushed, James took it in stride. The girl Karl stole didn’t take it as well when Karl later ignobly and unceremoniously dumped her. She even went running back to James. The two never dated again, but they did become friends.

At school, everyone wanted to be Karl’s friend for the social opportunities. But people wanted to be James’s friend because James would be there for them.

At sporting events, Karl was always the star player. But when it came down to crunch time, the coaches looked to James.

After high school, Karl went to Harvard, eventually getting his MBA and going to work for his father. James went to MIT on a ROTC scholarship, where he got an engineering degree and the pirate certificate. James served six years in the military meritoriously, then also went to work for Karl’s father.

At age thirty, Karl liked to think of himself as a rising star. He always assumed he was destined to take over the hedge fund one day. Everyone at the company wanted to be his friend.

Of course, everyone wanted to be Karl’s friend because of his father. But people were wanting to be James’s friend because of his insight and instincts. People were talking about James as the rising young star, not Karl. Even Karl’s father was speaking favorably of James.

Karl was not perturbed. He knew he would end up winning. He always did. It was his birthright.

Anyway, Karl was going to a very special auction that Saturday. He was already planning on all the things he was going to do with his prize, once he won her.

Karl decided to invite James to the auction, to reinforce the natural law in James’s mind: there were some things Karl was destined to have that would never be James’s.

James loved the local Comicon. Yes, there were bigger events in other cities, attended by bigger celebrities. But the local Comicon had things you couldn’t find in other venues.

Like Phule’s Paradise, for example.

Phule’s Paradise was the name of an invite-only event where one could pick up a number of interesting items. For example, a couple of years ago, James had bought an ancient Mesopotamian bronze dagger at an auction at the Paradise.

The authenticity of the dagger was beyond question. It’s trail of ownership…less so.

The rules of the auction required “cash on hand,” which these days usually meant bitcoin.

James was going to skip Phule’s Paradise this year, but his cousin Karl insisted that James go with him.

James had always had a strained relationship with his cousin, who always acted like the two were in competition. Things had gotten even worse after high school. Where James had excelled in college and the military, Karl had struggled, and had required the assistance of his father’s money on more than one occasion.

Now both of them were working for Karl’s father, and while James was shining, Karl was given a title with very little responsibility.

Karl usually made snide remarks about James yearly attendance at the Comicon, always dressed as an eighteenth century pirate. This year, though, Karl was insistent that James accompany him to the Phule’s Paraduse, and kept on asking exactly how many bitcoins James was bringing on his memory stick.

James had to hide a smile every time Karl had a conversation with him about the Phule’s Paradise. Apparently, Karl had gotten wind of some trinket that would be auctioned off at the Phule’s Paradise that Karl was sure James would want. Karl wanted to be in a position to take it away from James.

James decided he would let Karl have his petty little victory. Besides, if James really wanted something, he’d tap the “contingency funds” he always carried to these events.

Both Karl and James handed over their memory sticks with their bitcoins on them as soon as they checked in at Phule’s Paradise. A smirk appeared on Karl’s face when it was revealed that he had brought ten thousand dollars more in bitcoins than James had.

James suppressed a smile. He actually felt a little sorry for Karl. If outbidding James on an artifact made Karl feel better about himself, then James was willing to let his cousin have his victory.

The two cousin walked around, taking complimentary drinks and appetizers. James was dressed as an eighteenth century pirate, complete with cutlass, while Karl was dressed as a seventeenth century French nobleman.

The two had been walking around for an hour and a half before the staff of Phule’s Paradise began rolling out the items that would be auctioned off that night. James was curious about what auction item was the one Karl wanted to beat him out of.

James noticed everyone gathering around an encased model of some sort. As he got closer, he saw the model was the sand yacht from the Star Wars movie. The figurines in the model didn’t look like anything special. Perhaps they were used in the movie? Whatever the story was, the model wasn’t something that would pique his interest.

The thing that caught James’s eye was the Princess Leia figurine. The figurine was incredibly lifelike, if woefully the wrong coloration.

Then James got the shock of his life when the figurine moved.

Nora only thought she knew what hell was.

Now that she had gotten a glimpse of the hell that was coming her way, she knew the hell her life was about to become was worse than she expected.

Nora had started her new shrunken life that morning in what she thought was her new routine. She had taken her morning shower, though she no longer had to shave her legs et. al.anymore. Apparently the shrinking process had stopped the growth of her body hair. She towel dried her hair, put on a clean duplicate of her slave costume, braided her hair, then went up on deck to be ready to pose to any visitors Mr. Phule brought in.

Today, Phule came in with the most unpleasant smile on his face. “Big day for you today, my little blond Leia!” With that, a packing blanket was tossed over her new home, and Nora went through a number of shifts and shakes. When the blanket was removed, Nora found herself in a large room with dozens if not hundreds of people.

Nora quickly found herself being peered at by a gallery of giant faces, each one seeming to be competing with the others on who could come up with the most obscene use for Nora’s shrunken body. One obese woman thought Nora would definitely vibrate in unique ways that her present vibrator couldn’t duplicate.

Nora remembered the way the wave of revulsion that came over her body when Mr. Phule had handled her. She couldn’t imagine having to endure that constantly.

Mr. Phule assured the gawkers that Nora was indeed a real live human, shrunken for their entertainment. The highest bidder would not be disappointed with their acquisition.

One particularly homely man remarked that, if he won Nora, he wasn’t sure if he’d have her baked or grilled.

Nora actually hoped the ugly man won her. Then her hell would be over quickly.

Phule initially thought about auctioning Nora off last. But the excitement over her was so great that he was worried he might start a riot if he delayed her auction.

So he wheeled her display case out and started the bidding at twenty-five thousand dollars.

The bidding quickly made it to seventy-thousand when Karl stunned the auction attendees by bidding two hundred and ten thousand dollars. Karl gave his cousin a gloating smile as he did so.

The smile disappeared from Karl’s face when, fifty seconds later, a rather obese woman outbid him with a bid of two hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars.

As the bidding continued, Karl had to console himself with the fact that if he didn’t win the shrunken blonde, at least his cousin hadn’t either.

The bidding quickly made reached three hundred and seventy-five thousand dollars and stopped there. A particularly ugly man had made the bid, and looked as if he was going to walk away Nora.

That’s when James stood up and bid four hundred thousand dollars.

Karl immediately stood up and objected. “He can’t bid that. He didn’t bring that much money. You can only bid what you brought.”

“I did only bring two hundred thousand in bitcoins,” James allowed, “But I believe these will make up the difference.” James produced four old gold coins from his pouch, each with Spanish crosses. “They’re from the 1715 fleet,” he added. “And I have the certification to go with them.”

The auction was paused while Phule studied the coins. After a few minutes, he announced that James’s bid was legitimate, and asked if there were any other bids. Receiving no response, Phule declared James the winner.

Karl went berserk. He pulled his foil and charged James. James easily disarmed Karl and knocked him unconscious.

Karl’s actions started a charge of the other costumed auction attendees, all of whom thought they could overpower James and steal his prize. James found himself fending off everything from staffs to mock light sabers.

Some wag had the theme to Captain Blood playing during the fight.

James beat off all the attacks. The most humorous was when he knocked over the obese woman who had outbid Karl, sending her rolling across the floor.

Phule let the melee go on for a few minutes before he had his security break it up. He then congratulated James on his win, and had men assist James load Nora and her display case into James’s SUV.

As soon as the shipping blanket was tossed over the display case she was in, Nora immediately headed below decks of the model sand yacht that had become her home. It wasn’t out of fear, but more out of necessity. Above deck she risked getting injured as the display case was moved around. There was a single, small padded room below deck where (assuming the movers of her display case used a modicum of caution) Nora could retreat to, coming out of the whole moving experience unscathed.

Physically unscathed, that is.

Psychologically…that was an entirely different matter.

Nora’s mind still hadn’t come to grips she was now someone else’s property. But after the first couple of days of being tiny, she had given up any hope of being rescued. She had resigned herself to living the rest of her life as an animated action figure, constantly on display.

But now she feared her new life was going to be even worse.

Nora had only saw the face of the young man who bought her briefly. It wasn’t a bad looking face. And it didn’t belong to one of those who had gawked at her earlier, talking about all the disgusting things they’d like to do to her.

But Nora didn’t allow herself to get her hopes up. Her new owner — how she hated that word! — might already be thinking up worse things to do to her than she could imagine.

So Nora stayed in her padded room in silence, the sense of dread building up in her as time passed.

After what seemed an eternity, the display case stopped sliding, shifting and moving. Nora could tell the shipping blanket had been removed, as light began filtering in from outside. A booming voice said, “I need you to come out, so we can have a talk.”

Giving in to the inevitable, Nora straightened out her costume, then climbed to the deck where she had spent most of her new shrunken life. She immediately saw the not unhandsome giant face of her new owner looking in at her.

The giant face studied her for a few seconds before asking “What am I going to do with you?”

The tone which the giant asked his question actually gave Nora hope. The tone sounded tired, as if the giant saw her as a complex problem that was beyond his ability to solve, and not a toy that he was debating on how to play with first.

The giant continued, “I’m assuming you don’t want to be either shrunken or someone else’s property, correct?”

Nora nodded emphatically in agreement.

“Well, I don’t want to own a tiny human,” the giant continued. “I…acquired you to keep you out of my cousin’s hands, as well as some of those other bidders I heard talking about you. I didn’t even know it was possible to shrink a human being until I saw you. I’d like to unshrink you, but I wouldn’t even know how to go about it.”

Nora paused, before volunteering, “I’m in a Masters of Science program right now. I’m writing my thesis on an aspect of Algebraic Number Theory. If you have a computer, I can program a routine to surreptitiously look for a cure.”

The giant smiled. “A computer I can provide. I’ve got fiber optics and top level encryption and other bells and whistles on my desktop.” The giant paused before he added, “I’m going to have to carry you over to my desktop.”

Nora hid her immediate distaste at the thought of being carried by the giant. She still remembered the physical revulsion she felt the single time Mr. Phule had handled her. But this giant seemed to be as hesitant to handle her as she was at being handled. She decided she could put up with the discomfort if it meant her eventual freedom.

“I’m ready to be carried, then,” Nora announced as she steeled herself for the unpleasant experience.

Not knowing how he should go about carrying a shrunken woman, James placed his hand palm up near where Nora was standing. Nora was thankful that James didn’t just reach in and grab her. Perhaps James was truly committed to trying to restore her to her normal size.

Steeling herself, Nora climbed into James’s palm. But instead of the wave of nausea that had washed over her when Mr. Phule had picked her up, Nora found the experience of being carried by James as pleasant, with a hint of something very pleasant.

James also found the feel of Nora’s tiny warm body in the palm of his hand enjoyable.

Too soon the trip to James’s desktop computer was over. Nora reluctantly climbed out of the palm of James’s hand and next to his keyboard.

Both James and Nora were acutely aware of how scantily clad Nora was, but neither offered/asked for more clothing for Nora.

As Nora directed/assisted James in gaining online access to her university account, Nora decided proper introductions were in order. “By the way, I’m Nora Hansen, grad student paying the bills as a part-time cosplayer, though this wasn’t part of the deal,” she added wryly, gesturing at her diminished stature.

“James Arbuckle,” James answered.

“Of the Arbuckle Group Arbuckles?” Nora asked, referring to one of the largest hedge funds in the world. It would explain how a man in his thirties had no problem laying down the amount of money he had to purchase a shrunken person.

“My uncle,” James answered.

Before James could go into further detail, they got into Nora’s account. Nora tweaked one of her customized search algorithms, feeding it the limited data she had on her situation, and sent it on its surreptitious way across the internet. She and James discussed her background, and what she planned to do with her education. It was a surreal conversation, given their disparate sizes and the fact that she more than once caught James eyeing her tiny but impressive cleavage. But Nora found herself enjoying the talk and the attention.

And then Nora’s questing algorithm found something.

While James and Nora searched for the cause (and possible solution) to her shrunken status, Karl was licking his wounds.

Growing up, Karl had always bested James at everything. Always. That was just the natural order of things. That was how life was always supposed to be. And if James had something, Karl only let James keep it because Karl didn’t want it.

That was the natural order of things.

Except these days the natural order has been turned on its head. James had the confidence of Karl’s father, which was rightfully Karl’s. James had the admiration of their co-workers, which was rightfully Karl’s. James had all these things that should belong to Karl, but didn’t.

Now James had a tiny woman who should belong to Karl.

That was the final straw. Karl decided it was time for him to reassert the natural order of things. And he was going to do that by taking the shrunken woman away from James, by any means necessary.

As Karl began plotting Nora’s abduction, she and James were reviewing all the material they had discovered about shrunken women on the internet. Most of it was fictional. A good deal of the fictional items were imagery. A good deal of the imagery Nora found disgusting. Some if the fictional images, Nora found…interesting.

Nora was secretly delighted that James seemed to appreciate the same sort of imagery she did.

Then Nora and James discovered the Talbotian Process.

The Talbotian Process was supposedly a method developed by a seventeenth century English occultist by which “a comely young virgin” could be reduced in size to a “hand’s length.”

With cheeks red with embarrassment, Nora admitted to being a virgin.

The spell supposedly heightened the shrinkee’s nervous system to allow her to recognize who meant her harm, and who did not. Which explained why Nora had had a negative reaction to being handled by Mr. Phule, and a more positive one from being handled by James.

From the description of the spell, it required some rare ingredients, and precise geographical positioning and time. Which explained why the world wasn’t inundated with shrunken woman.

The spell description also stated that the spell caster who shrank Nora would only be able to shrink one other “comely young virgin .”

The good news was that the spell was reversible by someone whose touch bore the shrinkee “no ill well.” Nora had that in James.

The bad news was that in order for the spell to be reversed, the other Shri Lee would have to be present. And the spell reversal would require James to be physical intimate with Nora, but also with the unknown shrinkee. It would also require Nora and the unknown shrinkee to be intimate with each other under James’ watchful eyes.

Neither Nora nor James said a word as they read what would be required to restore Nora to her normal height.

After a few minutes of uncomfortable silence, James began, “Nora..”

Nora interrupted James before he could get started. “We should probably see about finding this second ‘comely virgin’ that we’re going to need to break this spell on me.”

James nodded, happy not to have to discuss the physical intimacy requirement with Nora, at least not for the moment.

A search of the dark web revealed that Mr. Phule had a second shrinkee that he would be auctioning off soon. The shrinkee was a young woman named Althea Reyes
