Yes, I think it's nice they used an image like that to publicise the series. Perhaps indicating that someone (maybe apart from the artist) appreciates the fantasy of a doll sized woman.

And as much as I dislike the way AI is pretending to be real art, that might just be the way we could have a TV or movie fantasy involving a shrunken woman. In CGI form, but realistic enough to pass for a real person. So no need to cast anyone for the roles involved (apart from spoken parts?), and could that possibly make it more likely to be accepted and a risk worth taking.
