Not sure which one you're thinking of. There were not many scenes of the travelers in the giant hand. Valerie was shown in the inspector's hand, but it was pretty lame. Betty was in the hand twice, once in the hand of the giant they shot and once, along with Dan in the episode they were battling the kid with the R/C toys.

The hottest scene for me was in the episode The Delta Effect when Valerie was in the cage and being menaced by a giant with a ruler. I don't know why but that scene still raises my hormone level.
