What is everyone's thoughts about women shrunken while wearing spandex particularly gym wear?

In reality (for the gym) I keep it simple, and it's just leggings and a tee shirt. But for sw adventures I'm a little bit smarter, alternating between a leotard, or a bra top and briefs.
