Hades 2 just came out and features a female protagonist. Two of the buffs the gods can grant change her size: Grow makes her stronger, Shrink makes her faster and increases dodge chance. Bonus, her voice lines shift in pitch accordingly, whether on the field or in dialogue. Bonus+, she has a British accent.

Many times I had imagined Kitana as a shrunken prisoner in the MK universe at some point, so I was always happy to see Ermac have a shrinking finisher both in MK9 and brought back!

They had her shrink to get inside Santa Claus's brain in a dream sequence (Harley Quinn #10), but they didn't show any actual shrinking. Sucks.

Secret of Mana - There's a status effect of a character being pygmied. All stats are reduced, and the character can only do little punches and kicks that don't go very far. It's a permanent debuff, until cured. My favorite part is in the status page, it just says "Shrunk"

I also learned how to hack the game's codes, and so while the above sequence uses a bit of help from MS paint, I was also able to change the color of the shrunken Primm sprite...which was really cute!
