The Delta Effect is my favorite. Don't know why, but Valerie dodging the giant ruler........... 
Second place would be when she is caught in, then tied in a net. Can't remember the episode, but it was the one they stole a gun and shot a giant, then gave him first aid.
Betty doesn't get caught as often, but this episode she gets caught and taped down is my favorite Betty capture.
