Just an idea for a video game I had, not sure if one already exists?
Basically the idea would be sort of a virtual pet that you can take care of or abuse as you see fit, either feeding it, clothing it and playing games with it or just being mean to it or whatever. Bonus points if it is in VR.
Anything like this exist? Or is it something that needs to be made?

The best you can do now is to use AI to "talk" with such a woman. However it's not a game with a plot, and there's no video possibilities available now. Also, it's not so easy to do. Well, the easiest way is to use character.ai but of course it comes with a major limits regarding the scenarios. So to avoid that you can use your PC to use locally installed language model. Then you have a bit more to prepare, because you have to create your character by your own, but the results can be pretty good. Still no video, just a "conversation" with less or worse vibe.
