AI software/app suggestions

I’m looking to get into making shrunken women AI art and I’m looking for suggestions on what software/apps to use to get the best results.. thus far I’ve been using PixiPro on my iPhone with mixed results.. what I’m really wanting to do is have the ability to upload reference photos and then use prompts to get AI to create various images based on the photos.. basically using the photos to create a character model and then have AI go wild creating images.. does software etc like that exist? I’ve seen some other members in here posting AI pictures that look like certain actresses, celebrities etc so I’m curious how to do things like that. I tried to attach a few examples of what I’ve been able to do on PixiPro, but it won’t allow me to attach from my phone.. here’s a link to my DeviantArt page https://www.deviantart.com/deadplay

I use Dream by Wombo. It has a pesky NSFW filter, but you can get around it. It has an upload feature, and I often use that as a base for generating images. Sounds like that's something you want an app to include. (I use the premium version)
