I´ve found a TV series with a tiny woman: it´s in the episode 2, called "Little Italy". Skip to 3:28 to see the girl:

Definitely! This production looks very promising, and the special effects seem excellent. Nice humour too!

I remember this from a while back.

Jon gets kidnapped and tied up and she cuts him loose (with a tiny chainsaw!) and they go somewhere private.
They do in fact get all torrid but it's offscreen. There's some cute back and forth though:
"Your hands...they're so...big!"
"And your eyes...they're so...small."

I don't remember why but it doesn't last. Something happens in the interim and Jon I believe ends up setting fire to all of Little Little Italy, then, I think so not to leave any witnesses or maybe because she betrayed him, he stomps her.

Having recently watched it, I can complete your SPOILER: Her father, the mob boss of Little Little Italy, is none to happy that Jon's with his daughter. Turns out she's underage. Ewww. That's why it doesn't last
