Question: How to make an image hidden with warning?

Question: How to make an image hidden with warning?

It seems as if I have seen something like this in the past. How do I post an image, but make it not visible until the viewer clicks a second time on it after reading the warning that the image contains graphic content? Content that might overwhelm a sensitive viewer?
