Overall this is not all that bad. The lighting, color, shadows, and scale are all excellent. The perspective looks a little off. But I like the idea of combining images of real props along with AI-generated people/shrunken women.

A Girl and a Pocket Watch (f, clothed)
This was an experiment using AI. I photographed the objects on my table, and added a red X where I wanted the SW to go. I included an image of a girl which I’d previously generated with a different AI, to my preferred specs. Told the AI to shrink the girl to 8 inches and have her kneel next to the watch as if to examine it.
Overall this is not all that bad. The lighting, color, shadows, and scale are all excellent. The perspective looks a little off. But I like the idea of combining images of real props along with AI-generated people/shrunken women.
