McKenzie was one of those Disney-made superstars. At age 14, she was recording songs, putting on concerts and had a reality show. But like most child stars, she grew up and her fan base came down. Soon, she was losing more money for her company than making it. But she had an ironclad contract until she was twenty-five and now at twenty-two, the corporate heads needed to do something. Then, an idea.......she would star in a movie based on her own fabricated character, but as a doll that comes to life for a little girl. Sort of like the movie "Lifesize", but she would stay tiny, around six inches tall. McKenzie balked when it the idea was presented to her. She didn't want to make some dumb CGI or AI movie because she hated the telltale special effects in those kinds of movies. Her manager told her not to worry because this was going to be a totally live action movie. When she asked him what he was talking about, he told her that she would be actually miniaturized with a new technology developed by a friend of his, one Professor Thorton, a famous microbiolphysiologist. She adamantly refused but when she was advised failing to fulfil her contractual obligations would leave her penniless. Her parents pressured her of course, as they had been enjoying the lavish lifestyle McKensie was providing for them. She finally agreed.
When the filming began, McKenzie was taken to Professor Thorton's laboratory where the matter manipulator was used to miniaturize her. Her mother accompanied her and once she was tiny, she would carry McKenzie in a fancy lush hamster carrier back to the studio. McKenzie would stay tiny for an estimated twelve weeks for the filming of the movie as it was believed repeated shrinking and restoration could have serious side effects. Her mother would bring her to the studio each morning and take her home each night. Filming began and continued for the next eight weeks when......
When filming an indoor scene, a careless gaff knocked over a bucket of flammable paint thinner close to a space heater. The thinner ignited and smoke quickly filmed the sound stage. McKenzie who had been standing on a table, suddenly felt a cloth sack come down over her, and she felt herself snatched up and trapped in the bottom of the sack. The top of the sack was tied shut by its drawstring and even when the sack was dropped on a car seat, she couldn't get out. After a drive that she estimated lasted an hour, she felt the car stop and she and the sack were picked up again and carried into a house. The bag was finally opened, and she was dumped out onto a shelf contained dolls that had been made of her band when she was still making records. She looked up at the person who had kidnapped her....one of the stagehands, a young man around her age who had worked on the set of her reality show and whom she had laughed at when he asked her if she would have lunch with him. He looked down at her with a sadistic grin on his face. He told her to sing for him and when she told him to fuck off, he reached down and picked up one of the dolls from the band and ripped off it's arms, leg and head and threw the pieces in the trash can. When he told her to sing again, she hesitantly began to sing one of her more popular songs as the man sat back in a chair, smiling contentedly while smoking a cigarette. Later, he peeled off her clothing and used her as a sex toy. From then on, whenever she seemed to break down and cry, he would just smile and say.............
"You shouldn't have laughed at me. I don't like it when girls laugh at me."
Meanwhile, McKenzie was assumed to have been killed in the fire, and no one even questioned why her tiny remains were never recovered. Her captor tormented her by making her watch the news reporting her death, knowing that she would never be rescued because no one would even be looking for her.
