A circus "midget" (sorry, it's the word they used in the 50s), get shrunk from 3 feet tall to six inches. At the end, she ends up "normal size", and another midget is delighted that she's the shortest now.

It's like a step back in time, to when "real" artists were appreciated for their amazing skill at bringing scenes to life (especially in action scenes). And even the ads are entertaining!
