80s Shrink Scene?

Does anyone recall an 80s teen comedy where a nerdy (but of course still really attractive) blonde was shrunk by a witch? She was shrunk and put in a fishbowl. The witch put a Cheeto in the bowl for the tiny girl to use as a float.

It required a little imagination as you never really get a shot to give her new size any scale other than the giant Cheeto. Its basically a close up of her in the water with no real interaction.

It was called Girlfriend from Hell. The woman who shrunk her was the Devil and she was being chased by an agent of God who, she'd hooked up with. The 80s, am I right?

Ah thanks. For what it was, the scene was kind of cute, but ultimately another SW missed opportunity.

1 hour 8 minutes in. Not great as people say, after landing in the fish tank she isn't shown shrunken again, and gets back to normal size off-screen at the end.
