Admittedly, this isn't much in the grand scheme of things, but Pikmin 4 confirms that miniaturization technology is a thing in the series (it's how they justify the giant pieces of treasure fitting into a tiny spaceship), and I saw some people getting excited about that, so I figured I'd mention it here.
