According to TVTropes, there's an episode of Disney Junior's Ariel (The Little Mermaid) in which Ursula is shrunken and speaks with a squeaky voice.
Unfortunately, it's not yet available on Disney+ in my country, but I'll leave the information in case you want to watch it. The episode is called "A Magical Achoo!"
