Opening the mouse cage, she dropped Karen into it.

"Have a good weekend, squirt. Don't worry. The mice have been very well fed, though I think Mickey might be feeling a little randy as he hasn't seen his mate in three weeks." She could hear Karen screaming to not leave her in there as Joleene walked towards the door, bringing a sardonic smile to her face. Then turning off the lights and locking the lab, she called back into the room, "I'll see you on Monday. Mitch and I will be spending the weekend at the lake."

Julie had dreams of being an actress. She had participated in Drama Club throughout her high school years and now, with graduation only a month away, she finally had been selected to take the lead role in the school play version of "West Side Story". The drama coach had told her at the beginning of the year what her plans were for the year and said she wanted Julie to try out for the lead role and she won it. As this production had been publicized early and wide, talent scouts and agents had purchased tickets to the show. Julie knew this was her big chance to get noticed.

Then, three weeks before the big night, Julie was told she was being dropped to stand-in for the role. Another student, the daughter of a major donor to several school board members, wanted her daughter, a snobby, self-entitled Primadonna, named Veronica to have the lead role and the board ordered the drama coach to comply. Totally devastated, Julie nearly had a total breakdown, but her friend Rebecca, the daughter of the famed microbiolphysiologist, found her crying behind the school. When Julie told her what was going on, Rebecca told her don't ask any questions, just play along and she would fix everything.

The night of the big show came quickly. Julie was dressed in her costume like Rebecca told her to do and they met outside the dressing room where the other girl was putting the final touches on her makeup and rereading her lines. As Julie opened the door, Rebecca pulled the matter miniaturizer out of her backpack. "What's that?" asked Julie, but Rebecca just smiled, entered the room and activated the machine and shrunk Veronica to the size of a doll.

"OMG.....what did you do?", Julie exclaimed.

"Just put you back as the lead for the play. Just stay close to the stage so when they can't find her, you'll be ready." Rebecca said as she picked up the girl by the back of her jacket and dropped her into her backpack. "Once I restore her to normal, she won't remember anything. So, 'break a leg' and come over my house tomorrow and you can have a little fun with her while she's still tiny."

Finding her at one of the downtown clubs, Hanna and her friends followed Jenna and using the matter manipulator, shrunk her then grabbed her up off the floor. As the girls looked at their tiny plaything, Stacey (far right) who had a "girl crush" on Jenna, was getting excited as she began to realize her fantasies about Jenna were about to come to life.

She got to the location early and met with two of the restaurant mascots and had a few laughs. A little embarrassed at how her career was floundering, she decided not to go over and greet him. She was directed to her dressing room to get start getting ready for her appearance. As she walked towards the dressing room, she laughed when she saw it was mockup of a take meal box. She went in and began to look through the outfits she brought and she began feeling sleepy. Glancing at her watch, she knew she could catch a 30 minute nap and still have time to get ready. She woke up with a start and quickly threw on her jeans and top and opened the dressing room door.




Stepping out of the dressing room, she noticed the room seemed a lot.......a whole lot bigger. She saw the two mascots again and went over to them only to find both were manikins. She heard a loud voice coming from behind her and turning to see who it was, she saw a giant hand coming towards her. As the hand wrapped around her and lifted her into the air, she looked up and saw the same record mogul smiling down on her.

"I put a lot of dollars into you and got pennies in return. I always get my money's worth, one way or another and since your career in the toilet, I figured I'd choose the "another". My friend, Professor Thorton arranged this way for me to get a nice return on my investment."

There had been some strange sightings around Carla's small town lately. Some said it was the government, others said it was UFOs, others said it was mass hysteria. Carla was walking home alone from school this afternoon when she saw something lying in the grass of a vacant field. She thought it was a toy ray gun, so she picked it up and decided to keep it. She was a few houses from home when a neighbor's big dog started barking at her. She pointed the ray gun at the dog and pulled the trigger. A yellow light emitted from the barrel and the dog glowed for a moment, then shrunk down to the size of a mouse. Thinking she was in trouble, she grabbed the dog and took it home. A couple days later, her stepmother found the dog in her dresser drawer and confronted Carla when she got home from school. Carla refused to tell her anything, more because she didn't like her stepmother because she was always mean to her and said things to her dad that made him sad. When her stepmother began to yell at her, Carla ran to her room and grabbed the ray gun from under her mattress and fired it at her stepmother. When her father came home from work and learned what had happened, he told Carla to not tell anyone about this as he pulled some papers from a divorce lawyer out of his brief case and threw them in the garbage can.
