Not bad at all, only the white balance shows out of place but you are being very good with positioning, keep it up, thanks for sharing

This is better than you think. Colorization matching takes time to get the hang of and even then it can still be tricky.

OK, please don’t hate me for doing this. I thought I would take a stab at adjusting the color matching and the shadows on this one. I made the hand and the SW closer to each other in color. And then put in a few cast shadows that would (likely) be present.

I'm happy for you to improve any of my pics. They definitely look better when the skin colours are closer. What are you using to touch up?

I’m using Photoshop. Firstly, I separated the SW and the hand onto individual layers. This is somewhat of a tedious process, but it makes color adjusting easier once it is accomplished. So, once those two things are on separate layers, I can adjust the color balance, brightness, saturation, etc., on each so that they are closer together.

I added shadows on yet another layer. For example, her left foot would cast a shadow onto the thumb; so I painted that in and gave it an appropriate color balance and blur, trying to match the look of existing shadows elsewhere. I also cleaned up the edges where the SW and hand meet, getting rid of any jagged portions and then going over them with the blur tool.

I made one final tweak. I adjusted the index finger so that it looks like it’s wrapping around the side of the girl.

I know I know, my skin colours are terrible. I'm a really poor photographer and I'm finding the colour matchiing on the tablet tedious. Like normal anyone fell free to poke around with them. How you like.
