Katalist probably makes the best art but it refuses to do scale no matter what I do.
Midjourney is really good with consistent characters but all attempts at scale make doll-like figures. Here are a couple of the better ones.
All of the comic creator programs I've tried, like ComicsMaker.ai, Komiko, Shortbread, Dashtoon, etc. all produce reasonably consistent characters but basically ignore any request to alter your character's scale. It's very frustrating.
ChatGPT/Dall-E 3 tell you they can't render scale at all, but if you use one of the alternative GPTs you can sometimes work your way around it. I tried making a scene with a fitness girl getting shrunk by a reducing machine and after a lot of work I came up with this:
After that I had even better luck when I started comparing the ladies to objects the AI knows are small, so with that I was able to get it to show me images of a grid girl posing next to a Hot Wheels car:
I'm going to see if I can make a short comic out of that but it's not going to be in any way straightforward. Making the AI do what you want is like pulling teeth.
