This question literally popped into my mind, and it's occurred to me that when it comes to the scenarios when someone is shrunk, either the person has in mind that the voice of the person shrunk is either quiet or far away sounding or high pitched and squeaky, and I'm genuinely curious on the preference of how many imagine a shrunken woman's voice when they're reduced in size.
Scientifically speaking, if a person was only a few inches tall, it would count for both, with their voices at a frequency that we wouldn't be able to properly hear them without specialized equipment. but of course, scientifically speaking, shrinking is (unfortunately) impossible.

However, in the realm of fantasy, anything is possible! And in my fantasies, someone shrunken in size will have a quiet and far-away voice usually. I'm not really a fan of the squeaky voice personally, and I prefer if someone's voice is still recognizable, if only at a lower volume that you have to lean in or have them close enough to your ear to be able to tell what they're saying, assuming they're small enough you actually have to tune in to listen of course!
But yeah, what about you guys?
