Was it "Evil Weed" from the old Strange Changes website? All of the dialogue was done with picture symbols.

I think that might be it, it's about stoner girl that gets shrunk by her dealer with something that was added to her weed. Never heard of this but it is interesting, I can't seem to find it online. The old Strange Changes website is long-gone. I bought the Strange Changes #1 CD-ROM not long before it disappeared, in 2004 or 2005. I tried using the Wayback Machine. Only 13 of the 41 panels of "Evil Weed" were saved.
Going from memory:
The drug dealer dunks a joint in green liquid. The girl asks what it is. A picture symbol of a marijuana leaf with a Superman logo on it is in the guy's speech balloon. When the girl starts smoking the joint, the smoke takes the shape of a devil's head. The girl starts shrinking out of her clothes. When she's small enough, the guy grabs her, puts her in a bong, and starts smoking. She starts having hallucinations, ending with her standing under a waterfall. But she's actually standing in a sink, with the water running. The guy turns off the water, then jerks off all over her. When he turns the water back on to wash her off, the force of the water knocks her off her feet. He imprisons her in a donut box, and puts a can of beer on top to keep her from escaping. The doorbell rings. It's another customer. The guy goes to get dressed. (He had a towel wrapped around himself.) The new customer decides to help herself to the donuts, and gets the shock of her life. The SW tells the new customer what happened, and warns her that she could be this guy's next victim. The new customer distracts the guy by kissing him. The SW dunks one of his cigarettes in the shrinking formula AND squirts a dropperful of it is his beer. The new customer hands both to the guy, then starts taking off her clothes. When the guy shrinks to the same size as the SW, she punches him. He keeps shrinking, until he's so small that the SW steps on him. ("Hm, stepping on that man, she sure is a violent SW."-Elana) The SW decides to give up drugs (as well as booze and cigarettes) and give being a lesbian a try. In the final panel, the "giantess" is licking the SW's crotch. A picture symbol shows the SW imagining that she's in heaven.

I printed out all of the comics and all of the text stories on the old Strange Changes website. But my box of printed-out SW comics and SW text stories (among other things) got taken to the DUMP when my sister (the one who hasn't died of cancer...yet) wreaked havoc in October 2020 and November 2020, because it was mixed in with my boxes of printed-out Daria fanfiction. That sister had been wanting to get rid of my printed-out Daria fanfiction (among other things) since 2017, and she got her way yet again. She ALWAYS GETS HER WAY. (When she was here a couple of weeks ago, she got rid of a bunch of TV Guides, TV magazines from the newspaper, and "Weekend" sections from the newspaper that I hadn't looked at yet because of my bad eyes.) I REALLY hope that she follows in her sister's footsteps and dies of cancer too. (And she should be buried at the DUMP, since she likes going to the DUMP so much.)
